Although new as a corporation, Alton Steel is operated by a dedicated work force which averages over 20 years of experience in the steel industry. Utilizing this experience Alton Steel is able to offer quality products at a competitive price with customer-oriented service in mind.

Alton Steel’s steel-making facilities are located in Alton, Illinois, in the central part of the United States making shipment to all corners of the country possible. Initial production includes rounds, squares, billets and slabs in carbon and alloy grades. Flexible, and frequent rollings offer quick response and better inventory control to our customers.
